An OP is an Opening Post, the post which opens a new thread and a new discussion. Sometimes our members will refer to another member as the OP - the original poster who started the thread.

It's important that when you create a new thread that you take personal responsibility for the direction of the discussion. If another member posts something that takes derails the conversation sending it into a different direction the OP is welcome to ask that member to create a new thread.

If the OP is unable to manage their thread and the conversation gets hijacked by spam or inappropriate content, please notify the moderation team by clicking on the Report Abuse flag.
