A tout is any person advertising, promoting, or otherwise discussing a commercial business without disclosing that they are being paid to do so.
If you find a member attempting to solicit business or employment please report them immediately.
An example would be a person who spends time on destination branches and tries to present her/himself as a tour guide but is actually operating on behalf of local bars, restaurant, or hotels, being paid to direct tourists towards certain establishments.
Tour operators and themselves may also tout their own services.
Either way, it's not what our members want and it's not welcome.
